We will ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. If no shipping timeframe is stated, orders will be shipped within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot ship within the stated or applicable timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided, to the extent permitted by law.

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or for additional charges imposed by local authorities.
